IOWA Registration for 2012

Please fill out this registration for each student to be tested and return with full payment postmarked by February 29, 2012.  Space is limited and registrations will be processed on a first come basis.  We appreciate your business and timely registration.

IOWA testing date and site: May 7th & 8th at Skyland Baptist Church in South Asheville.  8:30 am - 12:30 pm each day.
