We received your registration form. Here is some important information about Riderschoice, please read.

Be prepared to show this automated confirmation email that you received for each registration to group sales to prove you are registered with the Riderschoice Group. If your name is not on the list and you can’t show your confirmation email, you will have to pay full price. You can only pay for and pick up lift tickets and rentals for the day you arrive.

Please remember to thank the Beech Mountain Group Sales office for the wonderful job they do for Riderschoice each day.

If you sign up for Beech Mnt., we are expecting you or your group/family to show up at the group sales office the day of your reservation only. If for some reason, an emergency arises and anyone in your group can't make it to the slopes, you need to email Beech Mnt. Group sales groups@skibeech.com<mailto:groups@skibeech.com>
on your ski date to update your list or cancel.

Make sure you bring cash or credit ($45/30.00 per person) check-in with Staff at the Group Sales office                    between 8:00 am – 12:00 noon, DON’T BE LATE!

Please DON’T complete any online forms like lift ticket or lesson forms. If you complete forms online directly with Beech Mountain, you will NOT receive the Riderschoice discount rate!

Rentals are on a first come first serve basis. So, I would recommend arriving at the Group Sales Office by 8:00 AM the day of your reservation.

Make sure all the people taking lessons are 8 years old and older. This is a very strict age rule for Beech Mnt. and we can’t make any exceptions. All lessons are for beginners only no intermediate lessons, lessons should only be taken once during a ski season. Ski lessons must be taken before 3 pm.

Ski and Board lessons are on a first come first serve basis. So, I would recommend arriving at the Group Sales Office by 8:00 AM the day of your reservation.

Beech Mnt. Group Sales has requested that all outside food and drink (not purchased at the resort) be eaten in the group sales office or outside near the ice-skating rink. No outside food allowed in the main lodge or cafeteria. No coolers or food containers larger than a lunch box size allowed indoors! Only bag type lunches, no crockpots, or other cooking containers.

The Group Lunch Voucher has been discontinued at this time. So, please plan to pack a lunch or purchase lunch directly from the Resort.

Check ski report and slope conditions before leaving home and make your own decision for your family or group. If you decide not to go, make sure you email Beech Mnt. Group sales groups@skibeech.com<mailto:groups@skibeech.com>
to take your name off of the list.
